PETICIONES PARA REABRIR UN CASO CON LA CORTE DE INMIGRACIÓN Cualquier decisión dictada por un juez de inmigración o por el Tribunal de Apelaciones de Inmigración (BIA) puede ser reabierto o reconsiderado. Una petición para reabrir el caso es adecuada cuando existen nuevos hechos pertinentes al caso. Estas peticiones deben ser presentadas dentro de 90 días de la decisión final.
